Merkrete Offers A New Patching Solution For Surface Preparation
Merkrete, a Parex USA, Inc. brand, announced the launch of ProPatch XF, a high performing patching compound solution. The addition of ProPatch XF further expands upon Merkrete's full range of solutions for the tile and stone installation market.
Merkrete Pro Patch XF is a fast setting Portland cement based skim coating compound for leveling embossed floors and for finishing and smoothing most interior subfloors. ProPatch XF is specifically formulated to smooth and finish substrates prior to the installation of vinyl sheet goods, vinyl composition tile (VCT), wood floors, carpet and glued-down installations. It is also ideal for ceramic tile and stone tiles.
Advantages include:
- Ideal for patching and leveling from featheredge to 1/4"
- Fast Setting
- Smooth finish
- Ideal for vinyl (VCT), carpet, glued-down floor coverings, ceramic tile and stone tiles
- Embossed floor leveler
- Compatible bond with most floor covering adhesives (except for solvent adhesives)
